1. NEEDED EQUIPMENT :
For the whole production line from raw material (PE-coated paper ) to paper cup ,three kinds of machine are needed ,they are printing machine ,die cutting machine and paper-cup forming machine. Printing machine is used to print some pictures or words on the cup paper; die-cutting machine is used to cut paper sheet for cup wall ;Paper cup forming machine is used to produce paper cup .

2. COST ACCOUNTING
On the basis of information in India,the total cost for a cup (6OZ) produced by the quoted machine is about 0.40ps/cup.

3. SUGGESTION.
To reduce your first investment, you can only buy paper products forming machine and let the local printing factory to print and cut paper. The working speed of printing machine and pressing machine are much higher than paper cup machine ,one set of printing machine and pressing machine can supply material for four sets of paper cup machine.

4- HOW MANY SIZES CAN BE PRODUCED BY SAME ONE MACHINE THROUGH CHANGING CUP MOLD?
 Through changing cup molds,
2-7oz cups with same bottom and conicity and height of 30-70mm can be produced by same one machine    through changing molds.
4-12oz cups with same bottom and conicity and height of 60-120mm can be produced by same one
9-16oz cups with same bottom and conicity and height of 90-150mm can be produced by same one machine.
   1OZ=28.4ml

5-CUP TYPE AND PURPOSE :
Single side PE coated cup is normally for Cold drinks , hot drinks ,ice cream and others.
Double side PE coated cup is normally for cold drinks ,especially for Coca Cola and Pepsi .
JBZ-A paper cup machine is only used to produce single side coated paper cup.
JBZ-K multi-functional paper cup machine is used to produce both single side PE coated cup and double side PE coated cup. Two kinds of heating system are equipped. One is electric heating system for single side coated paper cup. One is hot air system for double side coated paper cup. When producing single side PE coated paper cup, only electric heating system is working. When producing double side PE coated paper, only hot air system is working.
JBZ-S is double side PE coated paper cup machine. The cup body sealing is made through ultrasonic device.

6- WHICH PAPER CAN BE USED ON THE MACHINE?
160gsm--260gsm +15 /18gsm single side PE coated paper for single side PE coated paper cup
160gsm--260gsm +15 /18gsm+22gsm double side coated paper for double side PE coated paper cup.
160-260gsm is the specification for paperboard without PE coating.
15/18/22 is the thickness of PE coating.
Applicable paper for single side PE coated cup is as follows,

7- FEEDING METHOD AND SEALING METHOD

Automatic feeding .
Electric heater for single side coated paper cup forming machine
Electric heater and hot air for JBZ-K multi-functional paper cup forming machine .
Ultra sonic wave device and hot air for JBZ-S double side coated paper cup forming machine .
Do not need any glue during production

The normal delivery time is 1-2 months .If necessary ,we will adjust our work and delivery schedule to meet your urgent need.

13- HOW MANY WORKERS FOR ONE MACHINE ?
One worker can operate the machine.

14- WHERE CAN WE GET PAPER ,PRINTING MACHINE AND PUNCHING MACHINE?
You can get paper in your country or import paper from China, India, Indonesia, Finland , USA.
No need to buy printing machine by yourself. Printing can be made by your local printing factory.
If necessary, we can supply you punching machine with related punching dies. .

15- ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ELECTRIC CONSUMPTION?
The normal power supply is 380V ,50HZ/60HZ,3Phase or 220V,50Hz/60HZ, Single phase. If your power supply is different, we can supply according to your requirements. Total power is 5kw and the normal electric consumption is 3.5kw.
